Perfect in Every Way!
We had my Mother at another assisted living complex and it was horrible. The facility was brand new and state of the art, but the staff had no experience and the turnover was constant.
We went about interviewing over 11 other facilities and knew what questions to ask.
Arborview was hand down the winner. [name removed] has been there for years and had all the perfect answers....this comforted me.
They have a great staff with a great track record of employment and the Head Nurse [name removed] was amazing! My mother was a mess with her medications and her mental well being when Arborview accepted her. [name removed] immediately took the wheel and my mother was reborn.
The meals are great, and the facility is beautiful inside. The staff is spectacular! This facility is everything assisted living should be,
I cannot say enough about this place.
[name removed] is a caretaker that relentlessly spent time with my mother until her last moments.
What an exemplary place!

No. Smelled and only had 1 outdoor area with tall rod iron fencing that felt like prison. Good pricing. Didnmt like the room or bathroom as much as other places.

We Support This Community
We were very, very pleased with this community! It met all of our needs at the time we were using them. All the staff couldn't be more wonderful and when working with all of them they were amazing. Barb was just amazing and was great support til the end! I can't say enough good things about this place, our experience was over and beyond great!

Pros: ? Home like atmosphere ? ...
Pros: ? Home like atmosphere ? Residents can use the kitchen to cook or bake. ? Residents can use the laundry ? Nice Private Dining Area for Family Visits ? Nice common areas. ? Smaller building did not have a ?nursing home? feel. Grandma would not be just a number. ? We liked the assistance call necklace or watch and their response policy. They seemed to indicate they could tell if a resident had fell based on the necklace. ? They gave the impression the assistance necklace could be used for room service type requests, ?Can I have a cup of coffee and a PB&J sandwich?? ? Nice large bathroom with roll in shower. Cons: ? Small Rooms ? No price difference between Big Room and Small Room, so all Big rooms taken first. ? No locks on the resident?s doors even though the marketing brochure claimed there were locks. ? Price Structure seemed to take large jumps for levels of care. 3995, 4995, 5995 ? Level of Care criteria did not seem well defined. ? There is a slight concern about the level of staffing. The state mandates 1 per 8 residents, but only 2 staff at night for 20 rooms. We only saw one staff member besides the ?administrator? during our visit. ? There is a slight concern about the experience of the owners and sustained profitability.
