There is also a smallish bistro room that we used a few times for private dining with our aunt. Her end of the northeastern hallway corner room was well laid out. The staff was nice, though a bit overworked. Door security was good. Admin young and professional. The spacious lobby entrance is homey. The residents really require memory care as their dementia is very significant. Air purifier use should probably be increased. The staff cares about their patients. My father left this facility without all of his clothing. Lost forever! He was actually sitting in urine drenched pants due to nothing to change him into! My Mom suffered an unbelievable fall that landed her in the ICU overnight, 3 days hospitalization and is now in RHAB! She had a fracured jaw, brain bleed, lost all of her front teetch! They stated that she tripped in her own bedroom...on the carpet? They are severely understaffed! I know this is a problem everywhere at present, but the Director claims that they are fully staffed, bragging that she brought all of them with her!
