Cathryn is Amazing!
My mother has told me how much she enjoys thier little picnics and birthdays and things. Cathryn, who runs the place, makes it what it is. She has such a friendly disposition. My mother also says Nick, the maintenance guy, is so attentive. If she needs something done he's there. He's been so accommodating. It's been a very positive experience for her. We looked at 5 places and of all the places we saw it was Cathryn's openness and friendliness that made this a place my mom could see herself in. She said she wishes she had done it 5 years ago.

Algonquin Manor is an independent senior living community which provides one and two bedroom apartment homes for seniors who are 55 and better. Algonquin contains 80 luxurious apartment homes ranging approximately 670 to 790 square feet for a one bedroom to approximately 950 to 1050 square feet for a two bedroom. Each apartment home has large closet areas, telephone and cable television hook-ups, and air conditioners.
Amenities include: Social and educational activities, private balconies/patios, storage lockers, blinds, two laundry rooms on each floor, Guest Suite, hair salon, community room with full kitchen, grand lobby with fireplace, heated underground parking, and heat and hot water. Small pets are ok.
Best of all, Algonquin Manor welcomes seniors of all income levels. There are a combination of market rate apartment homes with no income restrictions and a limited number of affordable apartment homes which have income limits. You may be surprised at how affordable luxury living can be.
