Truly a Blessing!
Advantage Home Care, LLC was a true blessing to house and care for my Mother over 15 months, Hospice just handed me a list of West Valley located homes and Advantage Home Care, LLC was the closest to our home. The minute I walked into Advantage, I was sold on the idea of my Mother living there. The care staff is kind, caring and friendly, while the owners are [name removed], truly caring people. I recommended this home to my neighbor and she also placed her loved one in Advantage Home Care, LLC. All the meals are cooked fresh in their own kitchen and smell delicious; the rooms are always clean and fresh and the staff is very attentive to the patients. Just the blessing that my Mother needed in her life at that moment! Thank you Advantage Home Care, LLC for wonderful care of my family member

Excellent service
Our experience with this group home has been nothing but excellent!
From the manager/owner to the caregivers, to nurses, doctors very professional, admirable and caring team of people. Dedicated to go above and beyond for their residents including my loved one. Always finding solutions to certain conditions and needs. Very clean place, excellent food, great service, price & atmosphere.
I would highly recommend this place. Their house it's always full. Might need to get on the waiting list!

Horrible place
This is one of the worst group homes I have ever entered. There are no activities. Everyone sits in their room or watches TV all day. There is only 1 caregiver most of the time for 6 residents. She is sweet but not able to move people by herself for proper repositioning. The GHO is severely unhinged, controls care, and yells frequently. She does not follow the wishes of families or patients and mentally abuses them for disagreeing with her. Never put a hospice patient in this home if you want them to pass comfortably. She force feeds them and forces actively dying patients to get into the shower. She also refuses to give comfort meds. She lies and has no idea what she is going when it comes to patient care nor is she willing to learn.

The staff and owner have been wonderful with my Mom. My Mom tells me all the time she is happy and content. They are very clean and cook great meals. Highly recommend this group home.

Easy decision!
Advantage Home care is incredible! The staff is incredibly caring, loving, and empathetic, and this is a very family oriented atmosphere. The staff even cook the meals themselves. The facility is very bright and open, and it smells very clean! Choosing Advantage was an easy decision; it just felt right to be there!
