The money is too high for the value of what is provided. The owners and staff are warm, outgoing, friendly and easy to work with. They are caring and kind. They really try to accommodate the patient. The house is always spotless and smells clean. There is a bit of a language barrier, as the entire staff are from Ethiopia. The move process into the home went very well. Meals were always served on time, looking tasty and smelling great. The snacks were healthy with fresh fruit. I would recommend this establishment to anyone! It was top notch care and they absolutely loved my Mother. They treated her respectfully and gently. Even the hospice staff told me that this place was far better than most!
