A good home where my parents could be together
As a daughter, I was looking for a home where both of my parents could spent their last days together in comfort and safety. They were able to stay in the master room together with their own bathroom. My mother would get out of bed at night, so an alarm was put in so when her foot hit the floor, the help would come check on her. Those things were helpful for me to be assured my mother was safe. I never hesitated to call the owners with any concerns I had. It was a good experience for my family. I believe it takes family investing as well as the caregivers to make it all we hope for for those we love. Thanks [name removed] and [name removed].

unethical liars
The Couple that owns and operates this facility is un kind, ruthless and cares only about the $$ income that is given to them for sub par care.
I would never ever recommend them or any of the [name removed] family operations. They claim to be Christian, however operate with different principals in this life.

Not Welcoming and Not Clean
My tour was good for getting answers and seeing what the home is like. However we got bad vibes and the people were not welcoming. I didn't want my mom to feel unwelcome. We passed on this home for an option.

I would not recommend this community.
The owner of this community was hardly at this care home. They only had one caregiver and my loved one did not seem to get along with them. The food is not good as they served the residents pre packaged food. The residents are not active as they just sit around the not so clean care home.

Both my sister & I liked th...
Both my sister & I liked the couple who own this AFH. The home was neat & clean, the menus were great, the couple have 3 children who would be a good source of entertainment for the residents. There was a large master suite with a bathroom available for Mom. Residents were encouraged to bring their own furniture & belongings if desired. Was not crazy about the 'no shoes' rule but did not check to see if that applied to residents. Only women were in house & it did not appear the couple cared for men which was fine with us. It sounded like there was someone on staff during the night time hours to see to any needs of the residents. Did not see any call buttons but all of the bedrooms were off the main hall way of the house. The family had their own living quarters. The grounds were very nice, the home was in a huge community of other homes but there was a feeling of solitude. It appeared that other family members were also available to help the couple care for residents. Marcela took care of medications, they had visiting medical staff, a nurse did all of the assessments of the residents & reassessed at regular intervals.
