About the facility A Caring Touch Board and Care
A Caring Touch is a single-story residential care home for up to six residents. A suburb of Los Angeles, Chatsworth has all of the benefits of big city living but in a more peaceful area with wonderful natural scenery. The home is near medical centers, restaurants, shopping, Mason Park, and more.
As a micro community, A Caring Touch is able to offer personalized care and attention in a family-like setting. The community’s caring and professional staff are available around the clock to provide assistance with activities of daily living, incontinence care, high acuity care, diabetic care, medication management, and memory care. The newly renovated home is on a spacious property with plenty of sun, beautiful fruit trees, and a peaceful courtyard.
Each resident’s health and needs are tracked to ensure that they receive the care they need. Meals are provided daily, with accommodations for dietary needs. The community provides enrichment activities, with special memory care activities for brain stimulation. All of the home’s care staff are trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
