My sister lives in Blue Haven. She has been there for about three years. She now receives hospice and this facility continues to give her loving care.

Brookstone Alzheimer's Special Care Center in Salem, OR

3.9
What we like the most about the Brookstone Alzheimer community is that it is clean and the residents are well taken care for. We would recommend this community to other families but it depends on residents needs. I don't think there is enough activity...they just took away what there was.

The Springs at Willowcreek in Salem, OR

My mother [Removed] is at Woods. My sister [Removed] said you are doing an excellent job with our Mom. I 'm in Yuma, Az and won't be able to visit Mom till April. Then I can see first hand how my Mom is doing. Thank you [Removed]
