Provision Living of West West Bloomfield is a 102-apartment senior living community that was intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of older adults. With both independent living, assisted living and memory care services, residents have their choice of purposefully designed studio and one-bedroom private apartments, which include full bathroom, kitchenette, emergency call response, fire safety system, and individualized heating and cooling. The building also features a beautiful dining room, ground level courtyard, full-service salon, on-site rehabilitation center services, and much more.
Each apartment is equipped with Foresite Eldercare which provides continuous, detailed predictive fall and health monitoring without compromising resident privacy and dignity. This makes it possible to determine an individual’s activities without revealing detailed characteristics, facial features or discrete body parts. Residents benefit from freedom and autonomy in a safe environment; families sleep easier knowing that Mom or Dad is always under the watchful eye of the Foresite Eldercare technology.

Review for StoryPoint West Bloomfield
The food is terrible and the most of the staff is as well. Some were fine. A few times when I went to have dinner with my dad they gave him a plate but told me I had to wait then never came back. The workers were friendly.

Thoughts of Storeypoint
I recently moved here from a group home.
I love the socialization and activities. It seems like the staff really knock themselves out arranging things for us. Yhey put in long hours and make sure that the details are covered. An example is a midieval feast they are having. I asked about dressing forit, which was encouraged, and the staff said she would be helping us to make ctowns.
All in all, I have found the experience enriching and enjoyable.

Staff appreciation
The staff were all so helpful and aware of their residents’ needs. They were polite and very helpful. The facility was observed to be clean and welcoming. There was no hesitation to meet the needs or the wants of the residents.

New residnet enjoying my new home
I moved in December and there are a lot of activities to do. We have entertainment every Friday at Happy Hour. The staff is nice and very helpful. The meals are good and there is a variety of food to choose from.

Nice buildings can be deceiving
The care of dementia patient was terrible. They were not feeding my father. We're not bathing him, helping brush teeth, grooming etc. we're not cleaning his room/doing laundry. The last several months he was there there was no nursing oversight whatsoever. They did not have anyone supervising their aides.
The director [name removed] would not respond to messages/calls/and tried to delay me moving my dad to another facility. When I was in process of moving him out...many things were stolen from his room-including a giant curio cabinet. We were overcharged by $[removed]and it took 6 months and the threat an attorney to get reimbursed.
