She was incredibly happy with the staff and residents. She loved the food, activities, residents and staff. Eric and Jane and staff went above and beyond in caring for my mom to make her last two months incredibly peaceful. I cannot say enough about how amazing [name removed]and [name removed]and the staff are. They have huge hearts in caring for people with dignity. They even made my mom homemade spinach pie after my mom requested it. I felt like they did a wonderful job in caring for her but also keeping me informed when needed. My only regret is that I didn’t move my mom into Orchard Hills sooner! I won’t sugarcoat it, my mom was not an easy resident but they never made me feel like they were even slightly overwhelmed with her. They truly have incredible patience. My sister and I are forever grateful our mom truly enjoyed her last two months on earth with respect.
