Best Decision
We have had Home Care Assistance since [date removed]. [Name removed] is great to work with and the aides have been a huge help in transporting to the doctor's, fixing light meals and running errands. One of our best decisions when choosing in-home care. [name removed]

Not The Greatest
Working with Home Care Assistance was not a good experience at all. i would never recommend anyone use their services. This agency has no clue as to who these people are that they hire. The lady that my Mom had just decided to quit without warning. There was no communication. I also feel you have to be equipped to deal with a dementia patient and this was not a good fit. I would never use their services again! My Mom is now happy with her current situation which makes me happy!
