There are only two toilets on first floor for all residents which caused a lack of privacy for with residents waiting outside the door. \nLabeling clothing/bedding did not help. \nWhile Dad was in the hospital all of his bedding/toiletries disappeared. \n Billing was sloppy in that GV over charged twice for half admin fee despite already being paid and then argued about it. Eventually resolved.\nDirector hard to reach. Every staff member we met was very pleasant. However, if a request was made to administration, they would smile, say they would check into it and we’d never hear back. My mom is in there studio apt which is bathroom walk in shower & sink and not alot of counter space , she also has a sink and a small mini fridge in her room nice big bedroom and closet, the cleaning ladies are always on the floor keeping it clean and emptying trash and they do her laundry once a week but there is a washer& dryer on each floor you can use if you want too. Everyone that works at grand villa is so nice and you can tell they like working there. There are two elevators and the residents most all have walkers and they live to see how many people they can get inside ??!!!
