Perfection
When I called Elite Eldercare I was in such a desperate place trying to make sure my father had the care he needed. I spoke with [name removed], the CEO and owner herself and could not have asked for a better experience, she immediately sent someone my way to meet with my father and l, and personally came to my fathers house to check on him, and help build a care plan to fit our needs. My father is a bit of an old grump, and took to her immediately. [name removed] told me about her years of experience as a caregiver herself, her experience, dedication, and kindness truly shine through her staff and company. My father adores his care provider, and is doing so much better. We love [name removed], we love Elite Eldercare!

our families experience
At the time we used the Elite Eldercare PDX services, everyone was very responsive to any needs we had at the time and made every effort to meet our needs as they changed. We would recommend their services to other families.

Has room for improvement
The caregivers were fairly good with [name removed] and his needs. They talked and related with him. Some were able to cook pleasant meals for him, others were not good cooks. He was not eating much, or digesting food well, so this one is hard to measure. The main concern I had with the agency is that on [name removed], he was without a caregiver from 4pm to midnight. My sister, her husband, and myself went to visit him at that time, and it was good that we did. I tried several times to reach agency but no response. Because I did have phone number of all of the caregivers, I called her for help. She contacted her boss, and I was told the boss would come help out. That never happened. I finally had to leave to get home. I never did here from [name removed] on what happened or even an apology for the lack of caregiver. She was hard to get in touch with, not responding to phone calls or texts, especially after that night.

Frequently Asked Questions
about Elite Eldercare PDX

A Place for Mom has scored Elite Eldercare PDX 9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
