This nursing home is horrible
My mother was at Clinton house expecting to receive rehab for her broken shoulder. She's been a type 2 insulin dependant diabetic for ,40 yrs. They actually told her that insulin was discontinued. I brought her glucose meter and took her sugar. It was almost 300 for two days they withheld insulin. After much work they did give her insin only to bring it at 9:30 at night while her sugar skyrocketed ! She had pushed a button for nurse and one came . I walked in to find her half way out of bed lying on her back unable to move. Her room was not cleaned for two weeks . The floors in the residents rooms were so sticky and dirty her feet stick to the floor. She had diarrhea in the bathroom and still no one cleaned! The silverware and glasses were dirty and had a white film in the bottom of the glasses. The food was freezing cold. The director [name removed] said I couldn't take my mother out for a Dr appointment and said she was unable to remove her. That was untrue. Out of space to say more.Disgust!
